Guadalupe “Lupe” Cruz is a Branch Leader at Flagstar Bank with more than 25 years of experience in the banking industry. Her professional background includes extensive leadership in financial services, customer relationship management, and branch operations. She has also served on several local committees and community organizations, including the Kiwanis Club, the Barstow Chamber of Commerce, and The Salvation Army. Through these roles, she brings strong organizational expertise and a valuable community perspective to her service on the Foundation Board.

Daroon Poulsen, an Apple Valley resident since 1970, is a graduate of Apple Valley High School and earned an associate degree from Victor Valley College and a master’s degree from the University of Redlands.

Steve Stewart studied history and political science at the University of Michigan. He joined the Army Reserves in 2000 and continues to serve, ranked as a Major. He has been deployed for two tours, one in the U.S. and one in Afghanistan.

Cindy Toms began her banking career in 1976 and is now Vice President of Sales and Branch Manager of Desert Community Bank in Apple Valley.
