Besides serving on the Foundation Board of Directors, she’s been involved in many worthy causes including Apple Valley Kiwanis, YMCA, High Desert Community Foundation, Apple Valley Chamber of Commerce and served on the Board of Apple Valley Christian School.
Cindy’s been a member of the High Desert community since 1983 and has been with Desert Community bank since 1994. She has four daughters Amber, Briana, Molly, Allison and 8 grandchildren.
What motivates your desire to give back?
Wanting to help people and being connected to the community.
Why are you supporting the medical center?
I enjoy supporting nonprofit organizations that provide meaningful services to the community, especially the poor and vulnerable. St. Mary is a place of healing and doesn’t turn anyone away who is in need of compassionate, healing care.
Why did you agree to join the foundation board?
I feel passionate about the mission at St. Mary and enjoy supporting the Foundation’s philanthropic efforts in support of the hospital.
